It is a joy to serve in Florence City Schools as a teacher and coach.  My primary roles are teaching English at the Florence Learning Center and Virtual 7-9th grade.  Additionally, I serve as the head wrestling coach.  

Prior to teaching and coaching in Florence, I served as a professional youth minister and worship leader for just over a decade.  Those were valuable formative years in ministry and have helped me to fulfill my ministerial calling as a teacher these last several years.

I am a graduate of the University of North Alabama and currently serve on the National Alumni Association Board of Directors.

My hobbies include exploring nature, extreme adventure sports, and music.  Above all else, I value and enjoy spending time with my family.
