I graduated in 2013 from UNA and was thrilled to receive a teaching position at the Florence Freshman Center shortly thereafter. I taught 9th grade English and sponsored our school’s yearbook for eight years. I am now the ELA Academic coach for grades 9-12, providing teachers with any support they need to help their students be successful! My husband and I got married in 2017 and enjoy hiking, kayaking, and cooking. Being an English teacher, one of my passions is obviously also reading. Determination, dedication, and compassion make me who I am in the classroom.
