I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2012.  I began teaching and coaching in 2012 at Deshler Middle School. During this time, I served as the head Track & Field coach and head Junior High Volleyball coach. I started teaching at Weeden Elementary in 2020. Currently, my position at Weeden Elementary is physical education teacher, academic leader, and district 7 representative for the Alabama State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. I am the head volleyball for Florence High School. I have a Bachelor's degree from UNA and a Master's degree from City University and I am currently pursing a degree in instructional leadership from UNA. I am truly blessed to work for the Florence City School system, where it provides me with excitement and the opportunity for further growth and learning.
