Hi!  My name is Janet Willingham and I am the Mathematics Coach for Florence Freshman Center and Florence High School. I have been a mathematics teacher with the Florence City School system since 2000 and have taught 7th grade mathematics through precalculus.  I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mathematics Education from the University of North Alabama and have been National Board Certified since 2003.  Currently I serve as the FFC and FHS mathematics Academic Leader and Mu Alpha Theta sponsor.  My husband and I live in Florence and have two adult children.  I enjoy spending time with family, camping, cooking, and, of course, working a good math problem!  I look forward to learning with all of the FHS and FFC math teachers this year!
