I am originally from Florence, Alabama. I have three beautiful children. They are Nyles, Noah and Ava.  I have a Bachelor's Degree from Alabama State University. I received my Master's Degree along with my Instructional Leadership Certification from the University of North Alabama.

I became a teacher because I really believe that I can make a positive difference in the lives of students. I enjoy teaching because it brings me great joy seeing kids learning new things, reaching their goals, and watching them reach new heights with their learning. Florence City Schools is a great place to be because I am grateful to be a part of a school system that takes pride in investing in the community of Florence, Alabama.
