I grew up in Haleyville, Alabama, and graduated from Haleyville Highschool in 2008. I relocated to Florence and attended college at Athens State University for my BS in Elementary Education and UNA for my MA degree in Elementary Education.

My husband and I welcomed our sweet little boy Daxton into our family in 2018. I love to travel, shop, and spend time with my family. My family and I have three dogs Darby, Sadie, and Briggs. 

I began working for Florence City in 2013 and have been a part of the wonderful Weeden family ever since. I have spent those years teaching Kindergarten and I look forward to another year in Florence.
